Judicial Manager, CLICO St. Kitts and Nevis
B. Cuthbert John brings extensive practical experience as the Judicial Manager of CLICO St. Kitts and Nevis, managing one of the Caribbean's most complex insurance insolvencies. His work has involved navigating multi-jurisdictional coordination, asset realization, stakeholder management, and litigation related to non-arms length transactions.
As a Project Management Professional (PMP), Mr. John combines rigorous project management methodologies with deep expertise in insurance regulation, fiduciary law, and Caribbean legal frameworks to provide practical, actionable guidance for judicial management professionals.
